Customer Review: Do not buy if you use dryer sheets or more more than 3 tbs of detergent

We have had a problem with both the washer & the dryer. The dryer stopped drying the clothes because the sensor was broken. We called Bosch and they referred us to a Bosch certified repairman, the repair wasn't covered because they said we were at fault for the problem. We used fabric softener sheets in the dryer.
I read the manual 3 times back to front, front to back the only statement they make in the manual regarding dryer sheets is do not use to stop static cling unless the dryer sheet is made for reducing static cling.
The manufacturer warranty will not cover the repair because according to their (stellar) customer service (yes I'm being sarcastic because the woman we spoke to was so completely rude) Bosch dryers do not work well if you use dryer sheets. You'd think that in the manual, in the store, somewhere it would be known to tell your potential customer not to use dryer sheets!!!! I called the store where we purchased the dryer & washer and they said it was a manufacturer thing to have it fixed and they had no idea that you could not use dryer sheets or it would break the sensors. They also don't tell you that with the matching washer Bosch Nexxt 500 Plus Series : WFMC5301UC 27" Front Load Washer (yes we have problems with that too) you should only use 3 tablespoons of detergent. no more than that or the soap won't rinse out of the clothes and only 3 tablespoons for a full load, it goes down in tablespoons depending on how many items you have in there. 2 tablespoons for 1/2 a load of laundry. If we had known that if you use a dryer sheet that it will not only break the dryer sensors but you have to pay out of pocket to have it repaired because the warranty with the store & the Bosch will NOT cover it.... we are so mad and disappointed. Even more that the customer service at Bosch said that we should have known these things, how could we when not even the salespeople know that information?!?!? I hate it when someone implies that you're dumb for not knowing something that isn't in the manual or on their website or in their stores!! Oh and they charge you $85.00 minimum just for someone to come look at it, that's they're "travel fee" not the charge to fix it or for the parts that you might need. And a warning - their customer service reps on the phone will argue with you and disagree with you. So beware and buy at own risk.
